This all levels 60 min Vinyasa Flow class is held from 9:30 am – 10:30 . Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi this class if for you!

Class is held on the HCP river deck – cancelled in case of rain.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Mats can be provided upon request. Please arrive a little early to sign waivers, reserve your space, and provide payment. After class stick around for one of our famous bloody mary, craft beer, cider or cocktail!
